Turned up on a Friday night without a booking & luckily found a table inside adjacent to the small unsupervised kids area pretty wild & noisy.nnPub was packed especially the outside area. Good vibe. Music also played outside.nnOrder drinks & food at the bar - big open area. Prices fair for the area & food ok. Meals delivered to the table.nnA fair night but pretty noisy. Definitely recommend a booking.
Had dinner there twice. Tasty food, good atmosphere, clean & good service. If I lived here it would be my favourite eat out.
Had been looking forward to visiting Kirra Beach Hotel, but what a huge disappointment!!nHad dinner in the area on level 2 , the staff were lovely but the food was tasteless and not value for money. The prawn pasta was flavourless with the tiniest prawns I have ever seen. This is the Gold Coast, the prawns in Woolworths are huge, delicious and affordable, just buy some KBH! Couldn’t even just cook chips and the sauce on the fish and chips smelt like dish rag.nThe interior design is so ugly and kitsch. Such a horrible mismatch of eras, materials and styles. ‍. Why not just beach house style instead of an old English pub from the dark ages with stained glass windows, macrame, disco balls, literal jail cell surrounded tables!nIf you like delicious food and pleasant surroundings, I would not recommend!!
Absolutely disgusting management. Security guards think there heroes for taking a local 20 year olds ID away. I’m so ashamed I used to come here every Saturday. Especially the new security guard outside- swiped through peoples phones and banking without permission. Learn the law, that’s ILEGAL. management didn’t even care my ID was taken away and told me to go get the police if there was a problem. Wasted my night and wasted my weekend- now I have to “go to the police shop” to get it back. Absolutely not coming here as a local anymore. Security and managements biggest downfall since the OG security left- 676 and Sean were prime and actually cared about paying customers.
Came for lunch today. Waited 45 mins for food, asked the rude staff about our order & finally was told that the order did not go through to the kitchen!!! We were given a refund, but by this time it was 2.30pm and we were very hungry and disappointed. You would think a brand new business would have working systems!!
