We have been with Kingswim Wantirna for 2 years+. Great swim instructors with feedback for progression. Swim Center is heated during winter which is excellent for kids getting in/out from the pool. Easy parking. Highly recommend this place.
Been here for nearly 10 years between two children. Staff at the Wantirna swimming pool is great. However, people on the phone including the one that follows up on the survey result have absolutely zero customer service skills or care. I feel sorry for the nice people working there.
Makeup class policy is so crazy.nCan do make up class only 1 time a month.nnEven we never cancel any class before but this time we can’t join because we infected. And still feeling unwell.nnI understood policy is just policy but staff respond like a robotnnWe’ll not recommend any friend to use king swim.nnNot flexible anymore.
Our 1yr old & 3yr old both attend Kings, Wantirna & absolutely love it.nWe weren't 100% sold after coming from a fantastic swim school in Berwick but thought we'd give it a few weeks.nBoth kids now look forward to going swimming & love their teacher, Kez.nIt's lovely & warm, very clean & the staff are incredibly friendly & make an effort to remember the kids/parents.nWe would recommend this swim school to anyone.nFees are also quite good with approx. $80 per month / 1 half hour lesson per week.
I contacted Kingswim via email to book in lessons, and unfortunately missed their phone call 3 days later. I made subsequent calls, to which after waiting on hold, they advise to send them an email. I sent multiple emails over the next few days, as no one bothered to respond. I also called them a few more times, and got the same on hold message. Unsure why they haven't bothered to contact me. Really disappointing experience, and therefore I can't recommend.
