I had a very bad experience at this station. It did not feel safe to travel at night. There was no security or staff around to help. While I was going to catch my Uber, a car stopped nearby with people wearing black masks. One person started running behind me, and I had to run away. He stopped eventually but kept watching me from a distance. This experience was very frightening and made me feel unsafe.
The car park is brightly lit, expansive, and easy to access. However attractive this may sound. Kingston's railway facilities are somewhat compromised owing to the observation that our friendly public order public servants in blue come down Anthony Street but once a season Lady Bridgerton.nPictured is Cleveland Point for comparison.nnAll jesting aside, this station has toilet facilities, easier access rampage. Ramps! And antidepressing teenagers; about whom a mall parking lot is worried sick!
Buses and Trains are regularly running to and from the City & the Gold Coast with express trains too. Normally the buses are late or not in service from this area. Consistently buses are marked as charging location spots and times mixed up and then it gets so confusing and the help speaker with real updates are never updated.

After standing at the kiosk window for 2 mins knocking with no reply I pressed the assistance button not emergency button there is twonShe then stormed up and said “what do you want, if you can read that’s for emergencies only”nI was shocked and asked when the next train was before I could say my destination she huffed and rolled her eyes and said to where while throwing her hands around.nnthis behaviour is absolutely disgusting. Give the job to someone who deserves it.
Old lady working on 28/11/2022 at 5am so rude. Shouldnt be a staff as she gets cranky at people easily if theyre asking for assistance. I had to press the Assistance button near the ticket facility. I would rather deal with the machine than her attitude that morning.
