Station that on only deals with complaints from a certain demographic. As for the rest of us.. we are left to investigate crimes on our own. Young students are putting themselves in harms way to investigate what these officers get paid for. Rather than enjoying strolls down the Riverside they should be doing their jobs. Been waiting on a call from officer Bradley Dye since the 11/03/22 its almost been a month. I've called, emailed even contacted 101. They're dumbfounded as to why this man is not doing his job... Disappointed to say the least
Worst police in the country. Have been trying to make a complaint for over 2 years and they refuse to reply or allow me to show the evidence or speak to their complaints department. If you suffer any crime in the Kingston region you are better off sorting it out your self
Kingston upon thames Police is the worst Police and rude police officers in the whole country ...sort out your problems yourself but don't go and waste your time with this useless and unhelpful Police. I would give 0 to them for their worst service they provide to the people of Kingston Borough.
Discovered at around 2,am after not eating since lunch, that my son would be still born. They wouldn't let me sit down for ages, arrested me for something insignificant, baby was due in 2 weeks
Absolute shame on the officers from this station extremely rude and heavy handed. No duty of care failed to notify people of what they took from a preperty after a search from the house and make the law up as they go along. Uneducated officers when dealing with multicultural issues.
Have mental Health problems and epilepsy which they were aware of as they brought all my medications when they raided my house. Kept me for 24 hours no food, no water unless it was with my medication with the so called onsite doctor. Only had at shirt had no blanket, COVID was all of a sudden irrelevant. When I was released on bail they kept my mobile phone and I had no means to get home and I also broke my foot I’m my cell which they were also made aware of as I’m on cctv showing my foot to officers, so I had to walk home with a broken foot. They have since wrote to my saying the DNA sample they took was unusable and if I don’t attend the station within a certain date and time to retake the swab I’ll be rearrested!
It was a good cell, I was lucky enough to have a window although I didn't get to put this to much use as I was out before It was light again. It was very busy, was one of its shortfalls, but I guess that just comes with the time of year Christmas! Staff were slightly hostile, I don't know if they were new but they all spoke English very well just extremely slow to respond to any of my requests. I asked for an egg omlette and received a cold coffee Id suggest they have a training day or a reteach on hospitality. Over all not a bad stay, I wanted to give 3.5 stars but you can't so I rounded it up. Would stay again!
I was treated good. No issue. Im not the fan of police, but they seems to be professional.
Some of the officers are great, the seasoned ones with experience are second to none hense two stars. Some of the younger ones are brash, tease and totally disregard all SEN training. Mental health is being championed in the press but as always in reality are being misunderstood, undertrained and disregarded. Shame, where an understanding was achieved years ago has now been undone and underfunded. Welcome back to more joining the prison club, Kingston Upon Thames are now joining the ranks to put away innocent mental health patients alongside ruthless lawbreakers. Shame they get a kick out of taking the piss, keep going and we’ll have bigger problem with people trusting authorities. Having always advocating the local authorities I now have to admit to my SEN child that Police comments weren’t true or necessary. Shame, whish I could have proved otherwise. :
Very nice officers, when i got arrested they gave me a free ride to this station and i really enjoyed my stay there, seats were comftarble and they even gave me a free room and food. I would definitely get arrested again since i had such a pleasant visit
