I highly recommend this college and I was there as a mature student. I recently graduated with a Diploma in Complementary Therapies and had a fantastic experience. The facilities are excellent and the tutors in the Beauty/Complementary department, especially Anita, Grace, and Lissette, are truly exceptional. Studying with them was an excellent and rewarding experience.
Terrible college. Do not support students at all and Resulting in a poor impact to my education engineering department. The department is poorly managed by the head of science and engineering. They bring teachers in that are not even qualified to teach that specific subject. I would not recommend studying here especially with engineering. Poorly managed. They should not be offering engineering as a course if they can’t even operate it properly !
Not going to lie, I studied there between 2016-2020, I am more than grateful to had the chance to some old school great teachers/mentors. I really wish it has kept on the great job until today
Great teaching! I’m was studying ESOL and really enjoyed of it! My English improved very well, so after this course I’ve got a new position at work. Thank you for all knowledges you gave me!
DO NOT APPLY. 2024 Worst College in Kingston. Teachers are lazy, Security allow school intruders through the gates to cause harm to other students. Teachers lie and say to students what to tell Ofsted. Teachers are very close to their managers making it completely hard to actually whistle blow. Don't be dumb like me and ignore these reviews, these reviews are real. **MAJOR DISADVANTAGE AS IF YOU ARE NOT LIKED BY YOUR TEACHER THEY WILL GRADE YOU DOWN**
Terrible college honestly. don’t support students at all with majority teachers being the laziest people and because of them I get no support for my education. Thank you Kingston College for ruining my grades.
The admissions staff are so rude I have never seen that kind of rude person in my life. I was at English class 6 months I paid £900 I learned nothing just waste my time and my money I went some other college it’s free for me and learned a lot completely different they should accept me for free but when they know they said no you have to pay I am done with them
Counselling level 4 diploma very understaffed, hence overall unsatisfactory On plus side teaching staff are reasonable, committed and pleasant But staff shortages and lack of communication from leadership made students stressed So overall not good enough sadly
Do not come to this college unless you are willing to pay as a 16 year old for math retake. I was promised on enrolment I would retake maths in November as I was close to grade boundary. Comes to the time, I found out not only I would NOT be retaking in November, that I would also need to PAY myself to retake or wait a whole year. The maths head said it is random selection, which I feel is horrific as students who were away from grade boundaries got in. I was below 10 marks from passing, and yet I will need to redo be next year one last time before I turn 18 RIGHT before the exams if I had to fail again. Stupidity from this school. Considering other reviews, believe them as they also do not teach you , you are expected to just complete work and take notes, something you could do at home. And to the lady who promised me that I could retake this year, this is all because of you.
When I read the reviews majority of the bad ones were about the Administration staff. For the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to find out if O was enrolled and what subject they enrolled me onto. I emailed Admissions last week and got a passive aggressive reply. They told me they would ask other staff in other departments but never wrote back to me. I sent out another email and got no reply. Now I’ve been calling them for the past hour and it keeps ringing saying “Thank you for calling, the operator is busy so we’ll send you to another operator” and never does. This is someone’s future they’re messing with and they only care about getting paid.
