Special fried rice was great. Great service and good value. Easy parking. Highly recommended. Note there is minimum $20 spend for eftpos.
Absolutely scrumptious food! Fast friendly service. Great range of dishes to order either for take-away or eat in. Always enjoy the big bag of prawn chips they give you. There is a few chairs to sit and wait for your order and magazines to read. Take-aways are very fast and by the time I get there my order is ready. Recommended!
Looks like a great little place. Lady seemed a bit rude when I ordered but was actually really friendly when I collected food. The large fried rice was huge and a good deal for the price, did three meals for me and while not the tastiest I've had it was cooked properly and pretty good. Would be happy to come back and try some of the other meals.
I come here for authentic fresh delicious food when im in the area. Great service and friendly owners. Not a fancy restaurant but comfortable. It's popular for the quality of the food! The servings are generous and priced well. Take away in 20 minutes or less! Love the Special fried rice and beef black bean...delicious!
The most revolting “Chinese” if you could call it that, that I’ve ever had. The dog wouldn’t even eat it!!! I have lived in Belmont for over 15 years and always managed to avoid this place and for a good reason after what I had experienced today. I will be avoiding this place like the plague..... if you like this food.. do you have taste buds??
Dropped in here for a quick bite before seeing a movie at the nearby Reading Cinemas. A quiet, wholesome, traditional Australian suburban Chinese restaurant - a refreshing change from the glamour and glitz of the much newer, flashier & pricier places in the 'Belmont Forum Dining Plaza' and the cinema complex itself. Had a couple of starters: mini spring rolls average & prawn toast excellent Shared a main: sizzling garlic fillet steak very good & special fried rice very good Not too expensive and service was quick and friendly. Place was clean and well presented if a little plain - but for a quick bite before a movie it was perfect! Will go again.
My favourite local gem always great good, service and great value for 28$ my wife and I eat like king's. Our favourite dish is crispy fried sweet and sour chicken with a large special fried rice it's our fortnightly treat outing...so good and filling
Always friendly. Food is delicious and quite reasonably priced. I am always happy to support a local business and this is one of them. 100 % recommended.
Loved having lunch and finally a catch-up with my mum and my brother . Our favourite Chinese and my usual fav Satay thought the combination fried chickens a close second . Always nice and a good serving. Recommend the squid ~ we usually share a normal or chilli one before our meal . Monica and family are always friendly and look after you . They have done our family birthdays from when the niece and nephews were babies and half are now in there twenties .
Very dirty chairs, carpet and bathroom. Not game enough to look at the kitchen! Young male waiter did not engage at all. Food was very average and overpriced. We have been living in the area for 16 years and have not tried this restaurant, I wish we had listened to our intuition. Disappointed.
