First time visiting kingpin in darling harbour a few weeks ago. Was amazing customer service from Brett so we returned again yesterday and Brett was on he will go beyond to make sure you are looked after and your having a great time. Love that Brett takes the time to have a chat with us and checking in on us to make sure we have everything we need. Such a great experience but Brett made your visit even more enjoyable. Definitely will return. Thank you brett for your amazing customer service and just being your happy bubbly self. Keep up the good work and we will see you again soon.
The customer service is friendly and helpful but can be improved during peak times and public holidays to reduce queues. The variety of gaming choices is great! Virtual reality, bowling, laser tag, ping pong, arcade games and more. The food and drinks were moderately priced.
Clean, good vibes, kids had a lot of fun. Machines work. Staff were friendly. And music not overly loud. Update: Did have a problem with our lane three times, living up to #13 I suppose! While it did mean there was unnecessary stoppage and time loss, we were moved over to lane #14 without much hassle. $16 for essentially a glass of ice however was a little stiff. But then I don't go out enough to know if that's the norm.
Thank you CORY! Great Service at Kingpin Harbourside. Choosing Kingpin for my child’s birthday party was a great success. I bought the Gold kids party package and booked in for 11 children. Everything was going well. On the day of the party, we were warmly welcomed us. I would like to especially thank the party host, Cory, who was a kind and organized person. She stayed with the children the whole time and guided the children to the different activities. She is very helpful and respectful. Also, a magnificent view in the karaoke room. I highly recommend choosing Kingpin Harbourside to have fun at. Great place! Definitely going to visit again!
Had my son's birthday party at Kingpin and I must say that it was the best. The arrangements, the food and the customer service from Isabella and Mandy were commendable. Mandy was extremely patient and made sure that all kids had everything they needed from time to time, whether it was getting water or ordering an extra pizza everything was being done so promptly. It was a really wonderful and amazing party. All the boys had a great time, so did the parents. Thank you Mandy and Kingpin for making my boys special day even more special.
Isabel and Caitlin did an excellent job hosting my son’s birthday party today at Kingpin. From the moment we walked in, they had a schedule of activities, had a clear idea of timing and communicated well with us. It made the day so easy! My husband and I left them to it and they looked after the kids’ needs. My son and his friends had a great time and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!
Our whole group had such a wonderful time at Kingpin Harbourside. The food, cocktails and activities were all great. Thanks you Tegan for making booking so easy and a huge thank you to Amy and the whole team for taking such good care of us the whole night!
This venue was fantastic! Lots of activities to do, and with friendly and accommodating hosts Vadeesha & Zara and comfortable space makes it the perfect place to have a celebration. Whether it’s your birthday, or just chilling around, the laser tag, arcade, and food is excellent. I hope to go there again.
I had my son's 12th birthday today. I don't even know where to start. Our party host Zara was absolutely beautiful and did her job really well. The food was so damn tasty and the serving sizes very generous. Unfortunately we had some cancellations and my son was heavily disappointed but the staff were onto it. They went above and beyond to make up for the absence of some party members. They put together a whole bag of amazing gifts and a beautiful card. I'm truly overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff and management. The birthday card alone was so personalised and from the heart. Sadly Kingpin Harbourside is closing along with the rest of Harbourside, this makes me so sad. My boys and I have frequented Kingpin for a long time now and we have such beautiful memories. I wish all the staff and management much success in their future endeavours. This was a wonderful but sad day knowing it was our last visit. Warmest regards
The party booked at kingpin has been great from beginning to end. Really easy to book, staff on the phone were super lovely and helpful when any changes needed to be made and the kids had a great time at the party. Big thank you to Cory for spending the time with them, they had lots of fun!
