Always depends who is in shift but i find 95 percent of the staff here go above and beyond when they care for my son who spends a lot of time here with kidney disease and they would do any thing to help him and make sure we are both comfortable and looked after, they do an amazing job and I could never repay what they have given to us.   But I also find that the other 5 percent are just plain rude really and basically totally bloody incompetent
