Like some other reviews, I was first served at Richmond by a consultant that was unfriendly and disinterested. But ended up getting some help from Alan Walker who was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about product. Highly recommended!

Awful customer service. I was the only customer in the showroom and was completely ignored. A group of male consultants looked at me then started talking amongst themselves. A woman behind a desk went to get up, looked at me, then sat back down. Avoid this location.
