I went to this dry cleaners because of the great reviews. Was I wrong! Does they promised me next day my clothes would be ready and it wasn’t.  Then I picked up my clothes and got home to find out I was missing a dress.  I had sent my husbands work shirts and they all came back wrinkled. Down the middle of the shirt of 5 that I sent.

We had a little misunderstanding while using their service and I still appreciate their amazing customer service.  Long story short, we didn’t get our clothes delivered at the given time while having to leave London early the next day. The owner and his staffs help to solve the problem and we were able to get our clothes at 12:15am!!!This is above and beyond customer service.  All of our clothes was washed and packed nicely. We could have left everything behind if it’s not for their help. I highly recommend this business!!! Thank you again!

Today when I visited this dry cleaners, I had a nice interaction with a staff member. Considering their previous evaluations, I was hesitant to visit, but l'm so glad I did because their services and costs are fantastic! It led me to think that these other unfavourable reviews are untrue. They were very friendly.  All the clothes were done the same day.  Very clean, even the hard to get clean exercise synthetics.    One word of warning. The dryer is extremely hot and did melt some of the elastics in our clothing.

Believe the poor reviews. An international work colleague used this place for a service wash and was charged £37! I called and asked what the service price was, and was told £15. I was told by Mohamed that a refund would be given. My colleague has just picked up her service wash and was not given the refund owed. THE WORST! clothes are more dirty than before the cleaning. One shirt has a big stain at the front that wasnt there before, another shirt has a HOLE in it and nothing got cleaned. Dont ever, and i mean never ever go there, despite relatively good rating.

Did a great cleaning job, but communication is not good. Had to call several times to find out if cleaning was ready to collect. My garment bag went missing and had to wait 20 minutes for the person who knew where it was to return.
