Kims Fish And Chips Review- My soda was cold. Disgusting. Why was my chips hot? I said I wanted them straight from the Choice Chips box You gave me vinegar without telling me and my nan took a bite and turned into a prune The pickled eggs tasted like they were pickled. Absolutely disgusting. The tartare sauce was very salty I heard it was "homemade" Hope the worker wasn't a male Also Greasier than Johnny Vincent from Bully Never. Going. Back
Very nice chips but I don't like the fish For some reason there fish has a sweet taste to it
Look not too bad. Fish is thick, which is great because it's easy to hide a thin piece of fish in batter. Chips are good. Not soggy and good amount. Better to phone order in and not wait in the shop because they do take longer than they should. One guy on the fryers, and two staff wrapping and answering phone. Probably needs to be the other way round. But all in all, worth going to, good size menu too. Phone first though, and give that single bloke on the fryers time.....
We always buy the New Zealand Hake Fish in batter with chips and it’s always cooked to perfection. The Hake is a beautiful tasting fish to us. The people who work in the shop are always very pleasant and they always add extra peace’s of fish to our order for no extra charge. Good kind business.
Recently popped into Kims for a feed with my mate Kadin Mavid Jr Senior. He reckoned it was some jolly good potato. I whole heartedly agreed with the big man. Highly recommend.
AMAZING fish and chips! Best I've eaten in a long time. Ordered through Menulog - received super hot, fresh and crispy battered snapper. Glad we tried this restaurant, will order again!

Get fish and chips from our local at very reasonable prices, service without a fuss. Been going here for many years and mostly good, tonight when I cut into the battered fish it looked raw inside and felt like jelly. I out it in the air fryer for a few minutes but it still looked suspicious, still jelly like to touch and didn't taste good. No argument when I returned it to the shop and he gave me my money back. I just couldn't face trying to eat fish after that.
