Horrible experience here today. Proceeded to the exit to pay for parking. Credit card facilities malfunctioning at both exits, no cash payment available either. The woman on duty was unable to assist us to exit the car park. Did not have a boomgate key or active authorisation card to override the system and let us out. We were stuck inside trying to get out of the car park for close to 40 minutes. We were told 'I can't do anything, I can't let you out'. A new system has just been installed and is malfunctioning and this woman did not know how to remedy it. Not really a solution... No contact numbers listed inside to even direct us who to call. Finally, a gentleman entering the car park was kind enough to reverse and let us out of the entry gate. The woman on duty then proceeded to take photos of our number plate as if we were trying to sneak out..even after we had paid her the parking fee in cash and she still couldn't let us out. Disgusting service on her part. Totally disinterested in contacting anyone to fix the problem. Will never park here again- don't risk it!
