Completely renovated. The restaurant had a better vibe before. Walls covered in art and peoples names was great to have a look at. Aswell as the old style seating. Used to be a place me and my friends loved going to after a night in the city but not so much any more. Still great staff always friendly
Took away the traditional style to the place and floor seating up stairs. For me this created great atmosphere and is what I loved about Kimchee house. Would have been giving it 5 stars but now I dont think i will even be going there much anymore, very disappointed On a positive note though the food is good, but atmosphere has changed dramatically. Perhaps that's what they wanted.
One of the more uniquely designed restaurants in Perth's Chinatown. Small inside but is two story. BYO available, large serving sizes, decent price for a restaurant open until early morning hours, alcohol and bathroom facility available in the restaurant also. Extremely friendly service too: really enjoyed my experience there, aside from that the meat was clearly of low quality, it was seasoned and presented well, will definitely come back. I recommend the sizzling pork with added cheese!

Good service. The bibimbap were authentic in stone bowls and tofu soup was good. Reasonable prices. Would come here again.
Great menu and drinks selection including makgeolli & bek se ju. Less packed than most places, nice upstairs area with floor seating and good service.
Never been here but for some reason it keeps spamming my notifications asking for a review.. so in hopes I will stop being spammed I'm writing a review. Sure why not try it Yolo right? I give you 3 stars for persistence....
It has good choices. However they don't have mild/less spicy tteokbokki.
