Warning!! Be careful of Dr Subhi Yatron! He used to work at Somerton Rd Medical until he was sacked for NO knowledge of medical emergencies. I went to see him cos I had ringing in my ear. It WASN’T the normal tinnitus, it was like wind chimes and pressure. What did he do? NOTHING, he didn’t do the whisper test! This is a letter from another GP. “Dr Yatron should have performed a whisper test, a Rinne Test and a Weber Test to assess the nature of your hearing loss. “ He didn’t suggest any prescription drugs either! He just said “pop your ears” …1 week later I became deaf! I was an emergency case who needed oral steroids to reduce the inflammation and save my hair cells from damage/ dying in the cochlear! I had to have an operation for an cochlear implant and my hearing is not the same.Everyone is robotic! I hope you never work again Dr Subhi Yatron! Go back to university! Go to Eye and Ear sessions, they offer them ..I asked.
I would stay well away from Dr Subhi Yatron, he has zero passion for his field of work and couldn’t care less about his clients.. I wouldn’t even trust him with my pet rock.
I always have such a positive experience when visiting the medical centre unlike other practices in Kilmore. The Staff here are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The doctors are dedicated and compassionate and always allow me the time I need to have my medical concerns addressed. Highly recommend this practice!
After being 30mins late the doctor I saw was too incompetent to be able to complete a Centrelink form. The 12 page form was too long for a 15 min consult apparently despite only having to tick a few boxes and answer 3 questions. Blatantly refused to do it as was not regular doctor despite disability being listed on file. NEVER going back! Asked to put a complaint in and was told to come back and get a form and then they would just 'talk to the doctor to see what his version of events were' , very simple left with no form filled what a waste of time.
Friendly, courteous staff. Dr. Nemen is really great. Nurse polite, caring and friendly. Pathologist very caring and excellent at drawing blood.
Requested a letter for Centrelink but refused. I needed the letter so my payments would not be suspended. He could have written one based on the notes. Practice called and threatened a defamation case if I did not delete the review for saying Dr Phillip is lazy and unhelpful to patients. There is no basis for this because my review is truthful. Appointments often run very late.
GP refused to do a basic physical for employment. Referred me to my regular GP.
Don't bother with this Dumb. Rude staff wait times are a complete joke might as well turn up 2 hrs after your appointment time. Drs are unprofessional and you are better of googling your problem than wasting your time here
Professional and friendly staff. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Pretty average, long wait times. Was waiting for over an hour and had to cancel my appointment because I would have been late for work. Not good at all
