Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Colours don’t match descriptions. “Sales” are false advertising... they increased the online prices when they had a huge sale to lure me & others in... then when the sale ended the prices went back down. A deceitful company that I would definitely not recommend

Great customer service, they helped me choose the right colour/length/density. They were really patient, answered all my questions and showed me the different extensions i was interested in. Delivery was really quick and the quality of the hair is soo nice!! Really soft and sleek, love them!!

I bought the 16” extensions. Best value for money . Very low breakage in the hair and the hair stays soft for long time . Highly recommend. Also when I went to the store Kiki the store manager was very friendly and helpful . All over pleasant experience . Deffo going back again
