Absolute great for building your strength. Have been attending here for the past year and a bit and I feel stronger. My back and knee pain have diminished quite considerably. The program I have been placed on is flexible and feels right for me and I feel much healthier overall.nCan certainly recommend this place.

All staff at Kieser have been extremely attentive, supportive and professional; from the Physio treatment I commenced 5 months ago to the intro sessions and ongoing training I'm currently undertaking. Although Physio treatment helped to relieve some pain, I decided that strength training would be the last thing I would try in my recovery as I was still struggling after 6 months of chronic pain which included headaches most days and ongoing use of anti-inflammatory medication. What I appreciated was that there was no forced approach for me to sign up to join with a membership; I made the decision after being provided with the education provided and trying out some weights for myself. Each trainer has been extremely professional and supportive and overall my back pain and inflammation has almost completely gone - I could not be happier. I am really grateful for my experience at Kieser shout out to Mark, James and Gianni and for my friend who referred me.
Gave me my life back. Had been suffering with chronic back pain. Pain now completely under control. Was supported and encouraged through the process. 6 months of Kieser and I'm heading back to my old gym feeling almost as good as new. Would highly recommend.
