Great service by a dedicated team.nExtremely disappointed that there hasn't been any change to opening hours, despite a dramatic change in clientele over the years I have been attending. Some years ago, the majority of the clients were retirees, so the hours of operation were sufficient on weekends, as so many were able to go during the week during working hours. These days, there are so many younger clients, that the closing times of 8.30pm on weeknights, 7pm on Fridays, and weekend closing times of 3pm on Saturdays & 1pm on Sundays, does not cater sufficiently to the much greater demand for outside hours training time -- this also causes quite a bit of congestion in the evening and on weekends as so many more clients need to squeeze training into those times.nnIt is my position, that with the not insignificant cost of membership, numbers need to either be limited, or opening times expanded to ensure a reasonable flow in the process of getting through our programs.nnI look forward to consideration being given to extending weekend opening times, and changes being made to them in the very near future.
Been going here for a couple of months now and tge staff are delightful. Very professional, charming, energetic and friendly. Absolute great for building your strength. Have been attending here for the past year and a bit and I feel stronger. My back and knee pain have diminished quite considerably. The program I have been placed on is flexible and feels right for me and I feel much healthier overall.nCan certainly recommend this place.
Fantastic strength and rehab focused gym. One on one training and independent available. Staff all fantastic. Clean and looked after.
