Operating for over 13 years this is Townsville's most affordable Gym, the original home of Cardio Kickboxing, BJJ and MMA in Townsville. 700sqm of training space, FULL Gym facilities, Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling, One on One and group training, Kids Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I have been going to Kickstart for roughly 4months. Tim and his cardio kickboxing classes are great, as are the trainers for BJJ and MMA striking. There is a friendly/ family atmosphere and the prices are really competitive; it is also a Fitness Passport business.

Awesome gym! Love the friendly atmosphere, gym equipment is well looked after and I like having all the windows open for ventilation and morning sunshine. Great gym all round!

Tim has gone above and beyond to help me recover from Injury. Working with my dr and chiro with certain exercises. I couldnt recommend this place any higher! Great facility, clean and tidy, friendly approachable staff, very well priced.

Kickstart is one of the best facilities for young and old. The staff is very welcoming and great care is given to the children that attended there.

Almost kills me every session but i feel fabulously energized when session completed .Super family run gym great trainer - i love it.
