We were so impressed by the outstanding service we received!nnLiving off-grid,  with our current system broken ~ we needed a solution urgently and the team went above and beyond to assist us!nnThey explained everything clearly, helping us feel confident in our decisions. They even kindly charged our battery for us, knowing we’d travelled over three hours and weren’t able to do it ourselves in time!nnHighly recommend their service and support!
I purchased the KICKASS Fridge Slide for my MyCoolman 73L KTS fridge, and overall I’m really happy with it. The build is solid, the fridge fits perfectly, and it feels like a well-made piece of gear. The only downside is the included straps – they’re too small and not really practical for my setup.nnNow, what really stood out to me in this whole process was the customer service. Initially, I had some doubts about the quality and ended up switching to a TC Boxes fridge slide. But the TC Boxes option was much more expensive, and after a bit more thought, I decided to go back to the KickAss one.nnThat’s where Ben came in. He handled the whole situation incredibly well – no pressure, just genuinely helpful support. He even honoured the original discount I got on my first purchase, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process stress-free and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. Honestly, I was going to leave a 4-star review because of the strap issue, but the way Ben managed everything convinced me to give it the full 5 stars. As I promised him – here’s the good review!nnIf you're looking for a sturdy fridge slide backed by great service, this is a solid choice. Would definitely buy from them again.
30th April 4.30pm Had the best customer service today sadly didn't get his name checked receipt and doesn't say so I can't credit his patience and above and beyond service. Was at 4wd super centre before here and was spoken to like I know the products and specs even after saying talk basic this isn't familiar to me but this Kickass team member spoke to me in a way I could understand but not in a way that made me feel dumb. Wish I found Kickass sooner and wish I got his name to give him the credit he deserves.
Great company to deal with. I had technical questions about updating my 12v system in my ute so I emailed requesting someone ring me to help with my questions. Robert rang me back in a very timely manner and was super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He guided me to the best setup and as a result I purchased on his recommendations. I visited Kick Ass Products Acacia Ridge today and was served by Brad—and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding! It was well worth the hour-long drive.nnBrad was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the products. He explained electrical concepts in a way that was simple and easy to understand, using great analogies. What really stood out was his genuine belief in the quality and reliability of Kick Ass products—he even showed me photos and videos of his own camping setup, which was really helpful.nnI’m sure I asked a lot of “stupid questions,” but Brad answered everything with patience, practical advice, and common-sense solutions. I’ve been researching different brands for my 4x4 canopy setup, but after today’s experience, I won’t be going anywhere else. Brad is the reason for that—he’s a real asset to your business, and I wish more companies had customer service like his.nnWhile I didn’t make a purchase today, I’ll be back as soon as your new all-in-one 12V system is released—hopefully before my big camping trip in April!
