Bought my car there recently. Was a great experience because of the staff, showroom and pricing. The woman pushing the add-on products was rude though. Attitude was quite hostile. At one point when I said 'No' to buying her paint protection production, she said, 'Of course if you are not interested in protecting your car.' !!! The rest of the staff were lovely.
One of the best Car dealers around in Adelaide ! Made our buying experience the best ever. Jason you are a true gentleman ! Genuine caring people, no sales pitches, no sales tactics just Honesty ! Polite, Warm and welcoming experience, felt as if they invited us and made us part of their dealership family. Smoothest every car purchasing experience thus far ! I bought a Rio from Stillwell Kia 6 years ago and have been happy with the car until the rubber seals on the doors began to melt! When i called the servicing department yesterday 01/02/19 the male i'm guessing approx. 40 yrs I spoke to had terrible customer service in regards to the issue. He didn't ask me any of my details to check out my history with Kia, he didn't give me options, he just said it's outside of your warranty so they won't do anything!! So disappointing when you've bought a car from new from this dealership and your treated like that. This puts me off buying from them in the future!
Unfortunately your so called general manager sales doesn't want to listen to my problem. I have even tried the Stillwell Customer Relationship manager and all I get from her is SORRY I CANT DO ANYTHING AT THIS STAGE. My experience with this delarship is: The world now a days needs a CONTRACT about everything; verbal ethics/promises/contracts and has no values. Once we have sold the vehicle we don't want to listen what lies or fake promises we did. OR it's too bad that the sales person who sold you the vehicle has gone and we can't do much for you !
I recently purchased a new car from Stilwell Kia. Sam was the perfect example of everything a sales person should be. Knowledgeable about the product, understanding of his customers needs, and an advocate for the brand he represents. Kia Australia, Stillwell Kia and AP Eagers are lucky to have Sam on their team. I highly recommend this dealership.
Very poor and unprofessional. I was ready to buy the car but they didn’t seem to want to sell to me. I wanted clarification on a couple of minor things but they were unwilling to provide. And also gave misleading info about prices. I was surprised also that the sales person I had been dealing with didn’t even bother to provide a follow up call given she knew I was ready to buy. I recommend skipping this place and going to literally any other Kia dealer
Sam and team were great... I'm happy with the deal and ecstatic with the car. It is awesome, quiet and comfortable with quite a sting in its tail when needed. Would recommend Stillwell Kia to anyone... Terry
