Wonderful service. It is run by the owner and his wife which makes it feel lile home. Taste was exceptional. I would recommend it for sure

Haven't had a chance to try the food, so cannot comment on that. However, twice had bad customer experience. 

Once called in to make a reservation and the guy on the phone just kept on explaining how busy the restaurant is currently (~ 7:30 PM) and did not bother much to place a reservation (later in the evening). I saw the conversation not going anywhere, so dropped the idea.

Second time, went directly to the restaurant with kids and first went inside to see if they have space available. The guy at reception said all tables are busy, but they have a spare table on other side of main service area (appeared a small living area with clothes lying on the couch), and if I am OK with sitting there?

I told him that should be fine (as it is just myself and kids) and went out to bring kids in. The moment we came in, the same guy shows up again now explaining that I will have to wait as people sitting in the main area have placed their orders an hour ago and still not served (this was around 7:30 pm). I asked how long would it take and he said God knows, clearly giving an impression that he is not interested.

This was ridiculous as I never had such a bad customer experience ever.

Food is perfect and so is Jeff - probably need to open till a bit late.
