Don’t risk it, I was absolutely disappointed by the experience. The therapist didn’t seem like she had any idea what she was doing she was very “pokey” the technique was definitely not there. For half of the massage she wasn't massaging, she was just rubbing oil into my skin. When the therapist went out to grab the warm towels she left the door open before retuning Just very unprofessional all around.
I asked several times over phone if they accept private health fund before making appointment and they replied “yes yes”. Went there on appointment time and when i showed health card, man opened door and said you can go somewhere else. Very very rude staff
It's a very good place to visit for relaxation however sometimes the staff needs to be bit more considerate and not talk loudly or bang doors.
I work as a landscaper and am often sore and fatigued from work. I totally recommend Penny- she keeps me in shape.
Very very ordinary massage! Did not listen to what was requested at all. Would not accept feedback and was not willing to discuss what could be done to fix the issue. Asked for a 1hr deep tissue massage focussing on my neck and shoulders and I received a very soft relaxation massage that spent the majority of the time on my legs. Would not recommend at all. Attempted to speak to the ladies in store to fix issue before I left but was rudely spoken to and insisted I pay the full price when I did not receive what I asked for. There was no offer of any discount not additional massage to right the issue. Do not go here!
First couple of massages were awesome but my last was terrible and unfortunately I couldn't wait for it to end. The woman doing the massage didn't ask me what pressure I wanted, she poured oil all over me to the point where I was dripping, and then didn't wipe it off properly afterwards. And for half of the massage, she wasn't massaging, she was just rubbing oil into my skin. It was not relaxing, it was painful and I left covered in oil. She also didn't wash her hands before then rubbing my face and hair, so oil went all over me. I asked for remedial massage on my shoulder and she gave me full body. Overall the last visit was really ordinary, however as I have had previous ones that were amazing, I would go back - Id just be specific about who I asked to do it.
Nice bloke gave an excellent massage, zeroed in on all my knots and sore points and worked on them till they dissolved.
Very disappointing poor staff no customer service rude behaviour.waste of money
