if i could rate this place 0 i would. they are consistently getting orders wrong. i have been asked to repeat my order at least 3 times and i still get the wrong order. if i have told them 3 times i expect it to be correct.nnthe wait times have been getting longer and longer. waiting half an hour to forty five minutes for two meals is ridiculous. the food is cold and stale by time i get it, both in store and delivered.nnthe customer service and hygiene is more than poor. it shows the level of unprofessionalism and carelessness the staff clearly have which is not somthing customers should see.nnabsolutely appalling experiences across the boardnn0/10
There are several concerns that require our attention when ordering delivery. The food arrived in a cold and soggy state, which deviates from the advertised quality. Additionally, the quantity of food provided was inadequate considering the price paid. Furthermore, there have been consistent instances of missing items in the orders.
PLEASE READ - The hygiene of this place is deplorable, always absolutely filthy, rubbish, food and damp looking floors, whilst the workers just slump around in it. It's disgusting, how can the standards be this low, and be acceptable by so many members of staff. They are on camera wallowing in filth and no one gives two f's about it. It gets worse lol, the photo attached is hard to see but of a box of frozen chicken on the FLOOR while staff walk past, step over and pull out bags of chicken to cook. BRO
Filthy, dirty .nPlace has hardly anyone there and staff don't clean the tables, floor and toilets.nHad to ask for a cloth a wipe a table our self.nTables outdoors have Black dirt all over.nNot 1 table was cleaned.nSaw a worker having a break while tables were filthy.nDead Fly on the table.nFood and Rubbish everywhere on the floor.nFirst time I've seen more bad Reviews than good!
Tried to leave feedback on their website but it failed as bad as their food and service. Firstly they couldn’t find my online order and I had to literally prove that I didn’t order from other store etc - finally got order and it was burnt, stale, disgusting, black spots in potatoes. Basically inedible rubbish.
