Waited over 18 mins for food was told there would be a 4min wait. This has happened twice in the last two weeks cars lined up in carpark all waiting for food to be cooked. It appears all they do is cook to order as everyone istold and forced to wait in the carpark. Different girl from the service person in drive thru at least apologised for wait time. But drive-thru shouldn't lie about the time frame and why at 6.30pm do they have no food prepared??
The place is small and run down a bit compared to what you’ll find in the city. The food isn’t brilliant and the chips have been quite soggy and unsalted when they’re not cooked fresh, so perhaps ask for a fresh batch because they must sit for long periods. The wicked wings were big and flavourful they were also fresher and nicer than most KFCs so that was brilliant. The place was messy and covered in rubbish inside and out and it was overall not a nice restaurant place to stay and eat. The service wasn’t anything to write home about and wasn’t really good or bad.
During my recent visit to the KFC in Victor Harbor, SA, I encountered a couple of issues that significantly impacted my dining experience. Firstly, upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by its untidy appearance. It seemed as though cleaning and maintaining a presentable dining area were not prioritized.Furthermore, the service efficiency left much to be desired. With only one staff member attending to the inside orders, the wait time extended considerably. It became apparent that the store's priority was serving the drive-through customers, which led to a neglect of those of us inside the restaurant.These aspects of my visit were disappointing, and I hope they are addressed. While I understand the importance of efficiency, especially during peak times, balancing the quality of service between drive-through and in-store customers is essential for a pleasant dining experience.
chicken was gross and dry. chips needed more salt and were only filled up half way, had to have a zinger burger without the zinger and tenders instead. do not recommend coming here. very bad kfc do better
Food was okay but couldn’t stop thinking about how disgusting this store was. Need to keep on top of the rubbish and looking into the kitchen after my meal wasn’t a good idea. State of the kitchen bench is appalling
