Chicken raw and undercookednnThanks. Only managed to eat to eat 5 crispy bites that was swapped out of the 20 wings that we bought 5 pieces - 15 pieces wingsdue to most wings being raw and undercookednnThanks. Ordered a go cup of popcorn chicken and chips and raspberry freeze. When go cup was given to me it felt light. So checked it was light on, questioned the young girl who gave it me. She told me it was measured and shut the sliding door om me.nPic is 1 chip and 1 popcorn Chicken eaten.nNot happy!
I thought KFC has the same global standards but not. This one is terrible, chips are cold and not in real time fried. Hamburger looks so bad….cannot believe it..
Shocking shocking customer service. Went in peak hour. Young lad that served us was not friendly or helpful in any way. Doesnt know what the app sells. I ordered on the app, my dad ordered over the counter. People came ordered pver the counter and went even after i ordered. 35mins now when i realised so i went up and asked about my app order. The guy said oh you have to tell us when you are here.... i said i told the app that i was in store to pick up and it says sit tight we will call out when your order is ready. He looked at me blankly turned his register screen to me and showed me how busy it was. Can you see how busy we are? There are a lot of orders. I said all you have to say was sorry we are really busy.... at that point i think he would have swore at me if he could by the look on his face. Kfc you need to retrain your staff who can manage the orders and have better customer service. Better well mannered staff would be nice. I have worked in retail for many years and this kfc has got to have the worst customer service i have experienced.nFinally got my order and they forgot my drinks. So disappointed that even i forgot my drinks.... 1 star isnt even worth it
Disgusted with chicken was absolutely dry as!!! Staff was okay but too many KFC staff lingering and foul language used.nThe store was absolutely disgusting with not one table clean/cleared and food all over floor.
