6th Oct 2025nOrdered a few chicken pieces and a zinger burger. Got handed really dry chicken which literally had feathers in it. Do you not clean it?!?! The burger looked like it was thrown against a wall.nNot someone who writes reviews but KFC subiaco has disappointed every single time and it’s time they improve. Horrible experiences so far.

Solid KFC experience — the chicken was hot and flavorful with a satisfying crunch, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and well seasoned. Staff were polite and the order was ready within a reasonable time, though the drive-thru line moved a bit slowly. Dining area looked tidy but a few tables needed clearing. Overall good value for the price; I’d return for the classics and recommend it for a quick, tasty meal.

Edit, 8aug 2025nWent there again, it took them literally 50 minutes to get one double tender burger and no salt chips. HORRIBLE SERVICE. kept asking the staff to get me my order and had no response. Poor management. Impolite manager. Everyone who came before and after me got their order but me. Ruined my daynnEvery single time i am at the kfc and ask for no salt on the chips, they add salt on the chips. Why do workers dont look at the customised salt option, NO SALT. Its horrible

Missing product, claimed.nWaited extra 12mins as some products I ordered ran out. It was not a big deal but then I found out one product was missing.nAfter I tried to contact the store 4 times, first what manager did was deny what I ordered. I assured what I ordered. He rechecked and said I ordered 3 not 4. I reassured him with the receipt. He disagreed.He said an inapproprate word after he found out I claimed. He said he could see the product was left and he would give me it if I came back to the store.nI kindly replied refund please and that I would write a claim note and a review with the receipt. Without receipt, I do not think they would apologise their mistake.

Absolutely disgusting experience at KFC. Ordered a chicken and when I bit into it, the meat was DARK — not just “dark meat” dark, but weird, off-putting, almost grey. When I asked about it, staff tried to tell me “it’s dark meat”. Seriously? Why would you try to justify the KFC?!!
