6th Oct 2025nOrdered a few chicken pieces and a zinger burger. Got handed really dry chicken which literally had feathers in it. Do you not clean it?!?! The burger looked like it was thrown against a wall.nNot someone who writes reviews but KFC subiaco has disappointed every single time and it’s time they improve. Horrible experiences so far.

Extremely disgusting behavior and food services. I’m sure it’s hard working in customer service but how hard is it not to mess up customers orders multiple times? The fact that a person uses the drive through is because they are busy to get down. And the order comes back messed up guess what! you’ve gotta drive back to these unethical people and waste your fuel and time, to fix THEIR mistakes. I usually try to understand the mistakes thinking it should be hard. But this time I ordered a breakfast with literally no customers around and I don’t understand how they still managed to mess up my order. Only explanation in inconsiderate people who doesn’t care about their jobs. Even if they give refund or correct their mistake how is okay that your customer wasted their time and fuel to go back to work and come back??? And this is not a one-time thing! Kfc should try do better! Ta-da to their customer service!  Not to mention the disgusting food that they gave. The burger was covered in the wrong sauce in a way you cannot even hold the burger.

Edit, 8aug 2025nWent there again, it took them literally 50 minutes to get one double tender burger and no salt chips. HORRIBLE SERVICE. kept asking the staff to get me my order and had no response. Poor management. Impolite manager. Everyone who came before and after me got their order but me. Ruined my daynnEvery single time i am at the kfc and ask for no salt on the chips, they add salt on the chips. Why do workers dont look at the customised salt option, NO SALT. Its horrible

The driver from door dash blamed the restaurant for not giving him the drink for my delivery. Upon speaking to the store and lady that handed him my drink to be delivered, he did not actually deliver it and tried to blame the restaurant for his muck up. I had the pleasure of speaking with Louise who was a STAR!!.. Lovely customer service from her and very well dealt with the situation. Highly commend her for her service, as in customer service you very rarely get acknowledgement. Great job Louise!!
