6th Oct 2025nOrdered a few chicken pieces and a zinger burger. Got handed really dry chicken which literally had feathers in it. Do you not clean it?!?! The burger looked like it was thrown against a wall.nNot someone who writes reviews but KFC subiaco has disappointed every single time and it’s time they improve. Horrible experiences so far.
Awful service from the lady with dark hair working this evening. The young boy taking orders was great, but needed some assistance with something in our order so went to get help and her tone was foul from the beginning. She told us to order something else as they couldn’t do what we were asking which was literally just for an extra zinger fillet so we asked what the difference was and she was completely patronising. We kept our manners well as we know what working in fast food can be like but when we got to the next window she shoved the food out the window aggressively, not saying anything. The young boy was very lovely though and had great customer service believe his name is james?
Takeaway family feast box with extra 10 nuggets. Nuggets had metal shavings, possibly from steel wool or iron shavings. Be aware. Also didn't give any sauces for the nuggets. Check for your sauces when you leave
Literally, I have been eating wicked wings of kfc for so many yesrs and when i told them its not wicked wings, they told me that was wicked wings and also whatever it was- i was happy to eat but , it was very hard to chew, hard like stone. It probably was kept for so many hours and they gave me that old food which was not even wicked wings!nnAnd when i confronted the manager herself; i didn’t wanted anything in return ; i just wanted to tell you but she was not even sorry, she didn’t say sorry. She said thanks for letting me know thats it. I was atleast expecting sorry; thats what you do when customers are not happy; thats the basic thing a manager does or anyone working in hospitality does! Please give her awardnnTime was around 1:35 PM : 11 May!
Solid KFC experience — the chicken was hot and flavorful with a satisfying crunch, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and well seasoned. Staff were polite and the order was ready within a reasonable time, though the drive-thru line moved a bit slowly. Dining area looked tidy but a few tables needed clearing. Overall good value for the price; I’d return for the classics and recommend it for a quick, tasty meal.
