Second time and the food is terrible. Items missing from our order. Chicken overcooked and very burnt. Taste disgusting. 1 Wicked wing 2 drumsticks. No wings.nMy works burger was cold.
Just did a drive through.nService from the young male was friendly and patient. Service and attitude from the abrupt, rude woman that spoke over him while taking our order was completely unacceptable.nFood was barely warm.nPopcorn chicken was disgusting. The pieces were so tiny and hard it was like we’d got the dregs scraped off bottom of the fryer. Nuggets were acceptable but nothing like freshly cooked that I asked for. Not offered sauces and none put in. No napkins.nCan’t recommend.
Best KFC I’ve been to on the Gold Coast.nnCame in today and got served by Ella — honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had at KFC in a while. She was really friendly, patient while I was ordering, and still managed to keep things moving even though it was busy. Food came out hot and fresh, and everything in the order was correct. Small thing, but she actually seemed like she cared about customer service which you don’t always get these days.
missing items from order missing hot and spicy hot chicken from the luxe lunch, with the chicken tender having been eaten with clear bite marks by a previous customer or staff idk. Questionable and concerning hygiene protocols and management of this KFC place, the Gold Coast City Council Food and Health Safety should really investigate it....nnThe meals honestly came in such a sad state.
If you have any tasks to handle on your phone, you should definitely do them while waiting for your order at KFC. It takes so long that I managed to finish my work on my phone and even had a meeting. Thank you, KFC
