Didn’t get given the second fries I paid for in the zinger box. I would’ve just ordered a normal meal then without paying the extra cost. But at least was glad that it was fresher than other kfcs.
Order a meal tonight. I GET Box. No chicken. I got 12 chips and anBurger which I've always thought that had bread on top and bottom not just the bottom thanks Rasmussen KFC
KFC Rasmussen-I ordered at 6pm the delivery person has been waiting for the order to be prepared. Currently it is 7pm. Now the delivery time has changed to 8pm. Didn’t realise it took two hours for food to be cooked. I’ve tried ringing the restaurant but it seems the phone is off the hook. This is ridiculous.
Service is really poor during the evening as 1 person is left to service 10 people and the shocking part is that they are required to also service the delivery drivers by themselves leaving them with not enough time to service other customers food quality has really gone poor especially for the burgers the bread looks at least 3 or 4 days old and the taste of the burgers has made me vomit I have stopped looking at KFC the same way the menu doesn't allow flexibility take out what you don't need .. please KFC fix your issue
Kept on forgetting my soft drinks with my orders. Today was the third time ever from just this store. Seriously not that hard to put in a soft drink
