After reading all the negative reviews at this KFC outlet in Punchbowl, I decided to doubt that and go to this restaurant for the first time. There is a KFC that's only a few minutes walk from my house that was terrible, so I decided to go to the other one that was a drive away.nnI went through Drive thru at KFC Punchbowl around 2pm for late lunch. Every item I ordered in my Zinger Nacho Twister Box was correct, steamy, hot and well cooked and fresh. I asked for no salt in my chips, and they didn't put in salt. Good job customer service, but it was a bit tasteless!nnFood was ready in approximately 30 seconds or less. I also made a bit of a mess with my Twister. Popcorn Chicken was very steamy and not raw, well cooked and it was feasibly tasty. Solo drink was nice. Big thanks to the Punchbowl KFC outlet - since the one I went to about 3-4 months ago was a bit how you going.
I had a really good experience at KFC Punchbowl! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour especially the crispy chicken and chips. The manager sangam was friendly, polite, and served us quickly even though it was a bit busy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. Overall, great customer service and tasty food. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Terrible customer service.nNo sense of urgency.nNo order of direction.nAt this point if feels like they're just there to get paid. Nevemind the customers lets all gather around and chat to ourselves at the back .nWaited 25mins for an order I made through the app. Absolutely ridiculous.nOnly to find out when I got home we had missed items. And the quality?! Poorly
The service was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The food was hot and fresh. I’m very satisfied with my visit.
RESPONSE TO OWNER:nI don't necessarily need to drop a line about what went wrong.nI explained everything in my comments.nnFriday 20th February 2026nBetween 17:40 - 18:10nnI understood why there's been a delay. The two customers that came earlier than me were confusing th staff member at the front counter. That staff member tried his best to deal with things under pressure and those customers just literally made things worse by prolonging the confusion and problems. They also had a big order.nThen the lady and the daughter were next up, and the lady was complaining about the mash and gravy and she only wanted a tub of gravy. Large tub. Once things were fixed she left another tub of potato and gravy when she wanted plain gravy. I don't know who's at fault there but still prolonged the staff's time.nnAs for me, I was waiting for the extra hot and spicy wrap after ordering the chicken megabox and twister wrap. The hot and spicy wrap are smaller and shorter than the twister wrap, but I had to wait further 12 minutes for one small wrap.nnJust FYI, I was on a 30 minute break from work. And because of the delays I couldn't even relax. I had to eat quickly with just barely 7 minutes left on the clock before my break was over.nnI really hate it when the break time gets jeopardized.nFood was good and hot enough.nStaffs should listen to the customers carefully to prevent mistakes as much as possible.nAnd most importantly need to learn how to multi-task.nI used to work at a restaurant before as a kitchen hand and chef. I know how it feels. Those that don't know, let me tell you, people working in the kitchen are all trying their best and it's a really stressful environment. Fast food restaurants are no different especially when they have a whole bunch of customers coming in at the same time. And WORSE, being held up by customers that try to confuse or prolong the time making other customers wait for longer.nFood is good and nice heat. nService is average.nCarpark is not that spacious.nAnd again I didn't like my time wasted for one single small wrap. I should've told them not to worry about it and ask for a refund.
