I ordered a giant feast on a normal Thursday night, expecting a quick and delicious meal. But instead I was met with an hour wait, while they quickly sped and gave chicken through ‘drive through’, and also the chicken was soggy and dry. Not happy with this service and food. There was also a surge of workers accidentally touching food with their hands and still serving.
Fast food? I don’t think so. Decided to drive through the evening of 31 Oct and spent almost 30 minutes to get our order. The order placement took 10 minutes and delivery another 20 minutes. All we ordered were 2 bottles of 600 ml Pepsi. I mentioned that the delay is unacceptable and at this rate Colonel Sanders may as well come back from the dead in a rather jovial tone, going with the Halloween theme. The delivery counter representative instead of apologising for the delay had a very sarcastic tone and said “that’s fine, we are under the pump”. KFC, our time is precious too and if you can’t train your crew to deliver basic customer service or provide support when they are busy, I suggest shutting down the drive through, because once you are in the queue there is no way out or get a crew member to manage the expectations of your customers re the delays before entering the queue. Please don’t bother sending a response asking what happened and saying that we would like to make up, since they are absolutely meaningless and an insult to the feedback. Act on the feedback if you are sincere enough to make a difference or just drop it and continue to run the business to the ground. Good luck!
I ordered a family feast I saw it had coleslaw with it. Ordered at the express counter. When my name was called I saw no coleslaw. I asked the girl, she explained it doesn't come with coleslaw any more, yet the board showed with it. The manager came out explained no coleslaw in Australia at all. She eventually offered us 4 dinner rolls for the misinformation. I get to my friends place to find all my dinner rolls were squashed like in a fist before in the box. I and my friends were so annoyed. The manager there has zero to no customer service. This was a blatant act of anger that she had to give away 4 dinner rolls. KFC point Cook is the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. Especially when ordering a large meal. Sad sad sad, I will never return and I will tell all my local friends DO NOT GO THERE.
Ordered via delivery.nnEnquired on my order 45 mins after it should have arrived as per the KFC app. Was told it was still being handed out.nnFood arrived a whole hour after the estimated arrival time but was still hot and tasty.nnThe quality of this outlet still makes up for it and I'd buy again, since there is no alternative for my fix of fried chicken. Good value with the offers too.
Slowest fast food ever - been here three times and it’s always 45 minutes to get the food for simple orders like a 2 piece feed. The staff service is poor. I witnessed multiple upset customers get fobbed off. I won’t be back to this branch.
