Ordered a Hot and spicy feast and asked for half chicken pieces to be original. We requested for thigh pieces if possible and they firstly gave all hot and spicy after confirming that we wanted half to be original. Went back inside to ask them to fix the order and they gave original pieces but no thighs and all small pieces. Clearly customer service isn’t their strong suit. Staff were rude in person vs. drive through
Please read the notes from the Manager Hoa interesting to know 25 min wait when they take the order. If you have plenty of time and patience then order food. Got fed up with this store for wait time Normally 15-25min. also, Once written to KFC.

Absolute worst service waited more than 30 mins for a tender box and staff is clueless and poor service at its best
I sent my 13-year-old to pick up our order, but she got confused as my name wasn’t displayed, so she asked me to come and sort it out. When I arrived, I couldn’t see my order displayed either. Upon asking the manager, I was told that I needed to 'check in.'nnIt would have been helpful if this information about 'checking in' had been communicated earlier and the previous 10 times before as well, especially my daughter had arrived an hour ago and have visited KFC Northmead multiple times before at least 10 times.nnThankfully, my $41 wasn’t wasted, these kinds of miscommunications can feel especially frustrating when my daughter a 13 year old gets upset waiting for 45mins for the order and asks me for help.nMay God bless you all..
