I ordered the family giant feast. The 15 peace were black with burnt old oil. Absolutely disgusting, I'm disappointed because I love KFC Chiken. They all had to go in the bin. This is the bottom of the KFC bucket.
Absolutely terrible experience at KFC Narellan. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and not once did any staff member apologise or even acknowledge the delay. After all that waiting, we still never received our order. We ended up having to go back through the drive-through just to get a refund, which took another 15 minutes sitting in line.nnThe customer service was honestly shocking — no communication, no urgency, and no basic courtesy. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. Would recommend maccas next door much better service and speed.
Felt obliged to write a review after visiting this store. I have never seen such a dirty fast food outlet. The floors were absolutely disgusting. They were covered in black grime, were slippery and the rubbish on the floors appeared to have been just mopped into the sides or corners rather than swept up. Walls were covered in filth, glass was dirty. The toilets were something else. If my son had not already ordered and paid on his app before going in, I would have never purchased or eaten food from here.
just a rotten atmosphere about it, I walk in to find a couple of workers throwing pickles on the roof?? I go to order my regular order a zinger box to only find out my chicken hadn't been breaded. I go to ask about the chicken and this mean, bald teenager responds telling me to end my life. I had not done anything, and I am not happy.
I have purchased the $10.00 Mega fillip four times from KFCNarellan store and each time I have found the chicken tenders to be not much bigger than a chicken nugget it is ridiculous and a rip off to the customer especially when you buy an extra two tenders and they charge you $4.45 They have more coating on them than chicken and they are dried out cause they are so small and thin I remember when the tenders were three times the size of what is being sold now.I contacted the store today after I got two of those Mega Fill ups and a couple more tenders and was told we cannot do anything about it, that’s what we get supplied to us.nSomeone should be looking into this matter cause it is very deceiving
