My usual experience at KFC has always been bad. But I have to say I was impressed with my meals today. They came out hot, tasty, plenty of chips and good-sized pieces of chicken on the burgers we had the zinger box and the crispy chicken box. The young girl who who served me was also very polite.
Just dropped in for a burger and chicken piece and it was the bomb! The burger was delicious and the chicken so juicy... yum!! Along with fast and friendly service I'll definitely be back. All other negative people pls stay away this is my new local now.
I have ordered Hot and crispy bucket at Murdoch KFC on 10th November Friday online pick up One of the staff member came and told me that we run out of Hot & crispy. She given me the option is spicy chicken or wings. I choose spicy chicken.nLook the photo the chicken what they served.nI understand you run out of stuff. But don't serve dry chicken, not fried properly.nAll I got is dry wings piece of chicken and not fried properly.nCrunchy jalapeno slaw there is NO words to describe!!!!
It's very rare for a fast food to get it so wrong, well we often give them the benefit of the doubt with mainly teenagers working. However, Sunday experience was one of the worst with coleslaw running out before the dinner rush 545pm and over 30mins wait not due to running out of chicken but bad service.nnInitially going through drive through then asked to park, went inside as order was not completed.nnI don't think I was the only frustrate customer with others asking for refund. Hopefully that night operation gets reviewed, possibly due to short staff though better system needs to be put in place.
Order a a meal with a frozen drink,I was told he can't give me one becuase there are no cups,nHanded me can of Pepsi, I payed 1.50 extra with the meal for the frozen drink he explained to me the frozen drink is cheaper then a can when I explained to him it cost me extra to add to the meal.he told me he has no clue how the system works.
