Lol. It,s been over a year since I,ve been here and it,s still really poor. KFC chips are unique to any others in take away food stores but this place served up dry, unsalted cool garbage! I threw them to the birds. At least the chicken wasn,t grey with the skin falling off this time but was still pretty average. Don,t bother with this store as there are 3 more a few kilometres away in Shepparton.
Slowest service on the planet. Been here 3 times and the service is always incredibly slow. I have witnessed multiple people pull in the drive through behind me and pull out because of how long the wait is. The staff are slow and chat out the back. Wait times are so ridiculous that it isn’t even worth it which is a shame because the food is great. Won’t be coming back.
Have just purchased a 3pk of tenders and they are half the size of elsewhere, spoke to the manager on duty and he said that’s what they are given so they need to go with that. Price stayed the same for half the size. Will not be back to your store.
The worst KFC I have been too. It's run by Young inexperienced staff, which leads to slow unorganised service with poor customer service skills. The food is inconsistent.nnThis place desperately needs older experienced staff to teach the younger staff the skills they need
One of the worst stores ive ever seen. Health & saftey isnt a thing here...STAY AWAY! If you dont want to get sick/make the trip to Shepp! This store has been reported to the health department & the Area manager takes over a week to respond to SERIOUS complaints!! No care at all...ive posted the interaction of my visit out to the community too encourage them to stay clear & too go else where.
