Lol. It,s been over a year since I,ve been here and it,s still really poor. KFC chips are unique to any others in take away food stores but this place served up dry, unsalted cool garbage! I threw them to the birds. At least the chicken wasn,t grey with the skin falling off this time but was still pretty average. Don,t bother with this store as there are 3 more a few kilometres away in Shepparton.
Slowest service on the planet. Been here 3 times and the service is always incredibly slow. I have witnessed multiple people pull in the drive through behind me and pull out because of how long the wait is. The staff are slow and chat out the back. Wait times are so ridiculous that it isn’t even worth it which is a shame because the food is great. Won’t be coming back.
Incredibly slow service. We had to wait over an hour tonight to get our food. Our burgers sat ready for 30 mins in the heat rack so we asked to have them made fresh. 1 person working front counter is not good enough.
The worst KFC I have been too. It's run by Young inexperienced staff, which leads to slow unorganised service with poor customer service skills. The food is inconsistent.nnThis place desperately needs older experienced staff to teach the younger staff the skills they need
Had to wait 25 minutes for my order at KFC. The only reason seems to be that there was just one poor girl running the entire front counter and serving food on her own. She was clearly doing her best, but it’s unfair on her and frustrating for customers. Management should never leave one person to handle everything at peak times. The food might have been fine, but the wait completely ruined the experience.
