This place gets a bad wrap and sometimes it’s warranted. However …nnToday with some friends down from Brisbane I was blessed by the mopo kfc gods. Went in For three cheeky tenders and was dished up 4 piping hot tenders and they chucked in 3 extra sauces for free.
The chicken was RAW. THEY WONT GET BACK TO ME. SWEPT UNDER THE RUG. I DONT FORGET. Neither should you. I had a delivery of a chicken box that was raw. Complained to the store. They said an area manager would get back to me, and after four weeks of emailing my complaint case and getting the same ‘you will be contacted’ no one has ever attempted to contact me. What a joke of a complaints process, telling me lies. When something goes wrong they ignore you. Is this what you want when you get sick? I was sick from the raw chicken. The store refuse to acknowledge it. You can tell from the pictures below. I have sent these photos to them in the complaint. I have had NOTHING BACK from the store or the Area Manager as I was told. The chicken was translucent and chewy and I ate two pieces before opening the outer later so I could see. Everyone check your chicken before eating it. Your Area Manager should not be in charge, and be sacked for lack of customer service or knowing how to contact people with a complaint. I hope this goes above to a regional level. Your company should be appalled by this from KFC Moonee Ponds and Area office also for what you’ve done to me.
Food is typical KFC.nThe cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. When I visited last week it was the same, terrible. The management does not care about the indoor or outdoor areas and the staff clearly are hoping the other staff do the cleaning.nIf it wasn't for the bird walking around inside the restaurant picking up scraps, it would be much worse.
Those staffs working in KFC are scammers. I asked for a 3 piece chicken set and I only got 2 pieces. This has happened to me twice on separate occasions. Can’t understand how this can happen twice, I have a feeling this has happened before with other customers. Management needs to train their staffs. Wish I could give them 0 stars. What a rip off
Had no time lunch etc that day.nSo went to Kentucky big Zinger Burger Chips and drink.nSo good.nThe Service always So good.nAnd so good to see young people working while they doing the EducationnIt makes me very happy to see all.nService is Excellent.nBack soon.nThank you.
