Very dirty inside. We cleaned a table for ourselves, not many staff around. Unbelievably dirty, kfc wrappers, boxes and spilled food and drinks on tables and the floor.nnThe chicken wasn’t crispy and very soggy. Really bad experience. This is the worst KFC I have been to.
I was quite peckish and decided on some lovely kfc. I came in at 11:00 am and mentioned needing food. The lovely lady named Georgia I think was able to help me out. Instead of getting 2 zinger boxes she helped me get a burger dinner that allowed me to get exactly what I was after without having any wastage. After being served at the registered I was given a receipt and told about the guest experience servey to get a free bottled drink with my next purchase. The food was absolutely SCRUMSHOUS and I can’t wait to come back.
I went in on Monday with the ladies for afternoon tea around 2:45 not quite knowing what i should order. I was served by this lovely young man, i think his name was Matty? at the front counter who offered me a multitude of potential meals and was happy to get his manager James, when i asked for my seniors discount of %10. I ended up choosing a Deluxe lunch and a delicious chocolate mousse for a sweet treat when i was offered. My meal came quick and fresh with some excellent chicken and chips!nnThank you to the lovely staff at KFC Mitcham i am certain i will be dining again!
Absolutely shocking experience. And not the first time within this store. On this one particular incident, I was instire and made a purchase of more than $70, and continued to ask the staff if it was possible for them to cook the meal fresh as it was chicken and I am pregnant. They employee Chelsea then continues on to laugh at me and say she would try her best and when I mentioned why I had made this request she continued to giggle and make side jokes with another female employee like I was a joke. I requested to speak to the manager on, who understood where I was coming from. Will not eat here again as it's nothing but rude service from young staff on a constant basis and cold food. Foul KFC. Foul.
Absolutely incredible experience, staff were friendly and welcoming, very quick service and not a single fault in my order. The restaurant was clean, and my food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend
