I was here in the drive through and I was met instantly and had my order done so fast that I almost didn’t have time to look at the nice plants on the sides. Ordered a zinger box but had the burger without lettuce and mayo and replaced them with corn chips, chili relish and light mayo. They got my order correct and I was served by a wonderful person called James C. I honestly think he should be a manager at the restaurant. Overall I had a lovely time today.
Ordered two snack popcorns, and it looked suspiciously empty, and turns out they didn’t fill it to the top. Basically one pack was half empty, at least give us what we pay for…?
I really feel sorry for the girl serving the counter growing up surrounded by young people raised to treat others with such disrespect. This is urban Adelaide individualism at its worst. Everyone for themselves but they expect others to cook their food. Doesn't hurt if customers learn to say thank you have a nice day while they are still young. Chicken was great and have me no problems. Would prefer to be served by a real person not a machine
Mitcham store, you seriously need to look at the food you are selling and ask yourself if you would eat this food. The chicken pieces look and taste like they were cooked at lunch time. The original chicken burger had a chemical taste on the bun & no salt on the chips. The worst KFC I’ve ever eaten. Could not eat the chicken or the burger and put our own chicken salt on the chip for some flavor. The pictures are of one piece both sides, how it came from the box
Very poor customer service and quality. After a consumer complaint you would not think that reiterating a response of bad luck would be acceptable. Formal complaint will be emailed tonight to Senior management. Photo 2 and 3 is portion size !n45 year customer has no idea. And in case you are thinking.......no...I am not obese
