I ordered a three piece meal and large popcorn chicken. I received a small popcorn chicken and there was a half eaten dinner roll with gravy on it in the box.nI rang up the store and the female manager hung up on me. I was obviously not happy with my order but was not aggressive, I told her my problem and she asked me again and all I said was I just told you and to listen and then she hung up on me and then no one would answer the phone. Eventually someone answered and then I was basically getting told there’s a process to get a refund and was given attitude! When someone rings up and says there’s a half eaten dinner roll in their box your response should be ‘we are very sorry and of course you can get your refund’.nUnfortunately this is not what happened
Mitcham store, you seriously need to look at the food you are selling and ask yourself if you would eat this food. The chicken pieces look and taste like they were cooked at lunch time. The original chicken burger had a chemical taste on the bun & no salt on the chips. The worst KFC I’ve ever eaten. Could not eat the chicken or the burger and put our own chicken salt on the chip for some flavor. The pictures are of one piece both sides, how it came from the box
I waited 25 minutes for one frozen pepsi. Before it was my turn I heard them telling somebody else that they were out of pepsi. They didn't bother to tell me. I left empty handed. Not upset about a waste of $2 but disappointed that I wasted a lot of time for nothing.
Terrible food! This is the 3rd time I got the same thing like this! Do you call this ‘hot n crispy’?
I once had been given an expired bread roll, but the staff kindly replaced it for me and even gave me free chips as an apology. Good staff, food always well-cooked, and easy access to Mitcham railway station.
