When we get home delivery we always get from here. My only complaint is I customise my chips and tick extra salt every time and not once have the chips had any salt at all on them! The KFC salt is what makes the chips good. How hard is it for these kids that work there to put salt on the chips!!! Obviously too hard!Food: 4/5
Absolutely shockingly terrible customer service. I would give no stars if possible. I went after work to get a quick meal. Ordered and paid for a Zinger Box. I was then told while making my order, firstly: “we don’t have wicked wings, but we have tenders, is that okay?”, few moments later: “we don’t have any Zinger burgers, but I can give you a patty with supercharged sauce, is that okay?”, while handing my order across: “we don’t have any potato and gravy, so we gave you just gravy is that okay?”. Then I get home to eat my meal and realise rather than 3 tenders which I have paid for and is suppose to come with the meal, I only got 1 tender which has probably been sitting around for way too long as it was soggy, and chips which were half cooked and also soggy without hardly any seasoning. If you’re going to take an order, please make it clear to your customers upfront if you don’t have items and will be substituting items. There is literally no point asking someone if it’s “okay” once you’ve taken the money and are handing the order over. At that point what is a customer going to do? Say no and then what? Some KFCs I’ve been have thrown in extras in the event that there are no items. I’m not asking to be entitled to freebies, but don’t substitute for lower quality and then deliver less quantity than what was paid for. You just end up with a customer that feels ripped off and taken advantage of. I definitely won’t be going back.
Filled up box $5 Mountain Dew freeze $1 That’s a good deal to have afternoon snacks. Chicken was amazing as usual, finger licking good , and drink was perfect for hot weather. Service was ok, you know what to get when you come and purchasing KFC, No complaints here.

If you don’t have enough chicken, don’t take any orders!!! Do not give your customers tiny pieces when we paid full!
THE MOST DIGUSTING KFC RESTAURANT! I was there today went to the bathroom no toilet paper and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned for 1 week. Then I ordered my food requested fresh chips so they put fresh chips in one meal and in the other cold stale chips also got my order wrong and gave a stale burger which had been sitting on the shelf for 1 hour. Just fowl........
Usually quite good, I always order the Original Recipe Burger and it is great most of the time though sometimes the chicken can be dry. Other than just the burger, the chips are generously salted, and the popcorn chicken is always crispy. Though I had a bucket of chicken pieces once and it wasn’t very good.
Food came out fast but the bun was stale, Chicken was cold and food was messy. I wish they would take more care and then maybe it’s be worth the money.Food: 1/5
