Absolutely the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had.nnThe front-of-house was filthy—chicken, chips, and trash everywhere. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in hours, despite the store not even being busy. The most shocking part? Mould visibly growing on the hand dryer and in the sink—literally one of the easiest spots to keep clean. If this is how the customer-facing areas are kept, I dread to think what the kitchen looks like.nnWe waited around 10 minutes for our order, during which time half the meal was taken out of the warmer and left in the box to get cold while the rest cooked. Common sense would say to leave everything in the heater until it’s ready to pack.nnTo top it off, we specifically asked for no salt on the chips, which they said would take a few extra minutes. Fair enough—but not only did they forget the request, they salted the chips anyway after making us wait another 5–10 minutes. So we got the wrong order and cold food.nnDidn’t have time to go back in and complain properly, but this location seriously needs a full clean and staff retraining. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
workers are friendly food was quick a nice place to sit and menu was easy to use and one bad thing was that the chips in the go bucket were half full
KFC Deakin Ave needs a good clean, toilets were absolutely disgusting, tables windows and walls need a proper clean and floor a good sweep, staff need a lesson in customer service. Never fails to disappoint
Good and hot, except you forget the sweet and sour that comes with it and the one I paid for and lied it was in there didn't find out till I was 5 km down the road going home I should have check but it should have been in there
Food was ok but it looks like they’ve just hosed down the floors
