Crazy long wait for just a single drink. If I had known it was going to take 15mins to get a drink I wouldn't have bothered. The place was very busy and there was mess strewn everywhere.
Me and my family went out for a late brunch on last week Sunday at 9.30pm where we were served by a drive thru staff so blatantly and she was rude as hell . Come on I bought $100 worth of food and this is what I get from ur staffs in drive thru.nShe kept giving me her attitudes . Food was good but change the drive thru personells who can give polite and satisfactory customer service.
FOOD WAS COLD! Chips and chicken sup par and the place is disgusting someone hire some senior adults who know how to serve clean and actually run a store! Went to Irymple store instead and the chips were way hotter place immaculate and the chicken even boxed and kept hot all the way home!
Shop was dirty staff incompetent chips cold chicken was over oily like the oil hadn’t been changed for a month
Walked in pile of rubish and food at the front counter.nPlaced and paid for my order 5 mins later they said they didnt have what i ordered and would be a 7 minute wait. I agreed 15 minutes later i asked where my food was and the manager said there was a miss cominication and they sold mone to drive through and i had to wait another ten minutes.nI then asked for the area managers phone number they dont have itnI asked for head offices number yet agai they dont have that eithernVery poor service and poor managementnWill rather door dash and order from the store 5 times the distance away
