2nd time in 2 weeks I've had problems. The last time the young boy serving left the till before I was even finished ordering and I had to call him back over to complete it. and today, not even half my value feast was packed. disgusting to pay $30 for 5 nuggets and a couple pieces of chicken
The chicken is un edible. The popcorn chicken was so over cooked and when opening there is no chicken inside and it’s extremely hard. And the chicken pieces were so over cooked it was pretty much impossible to bite into. Very unhappy with the quality and will not return!
No spoon or napkins in the bag. Burgers tasted like they were 2 weeks old. Quite a few times they don’t have what you want. Chip box had more air in the box than chips.
Customer service is the worst. No apology from the “Manager” for waiting over 40 plus minutes for food they were never cooking. They somehow lost my order? #1719.nnWe went through drive thru and were told hot rods would be a 10 minute wait and to park up. We parked infront and waited 30 minutes - nothing. I walked into the shop and noticed another customer frustrated and waiting so I waited for her to speak to someone first. I let one of the crew know I was waiting on my order and she apologised saying she would check for it, she came back saying there was not enough chicken and she could mix up the second meal with hot n spicy which I said was fine. 10 minutes passed and I hadn’t seen the girl again. By now it’s over 40 minutes in total that we have been waiting for the food. I thought they were cooking the food but when my partner asked where it was they came back with nothing and no answers so we asked for a refund.nnWe received a cash refund and no apology from the “manager” which I found strange as I made sure to smile at her when I spoke to her. My partner was understandably upset as we were watching countless cars drive away with their food and people walking out with theirs too.
