Staff were friendly, fast customer service. Definitely better than other KFCs

My first ever one-star review — a terrible experience.nI ordered through the KFC app and arrived on time to pick up my food. I was told to wait 6 minutes for a Zinger Burger and directed to the only waiting bay. After 15 minutes, there was still no sign of my order. No staff came out, no updates. I had to walk back to the window to remind them I was still waiting — only to realise I had been completely forgotten. Absolutely ridiculous Unacceptable

KFC Marion has just finished its renovations today and isn't off to a great start.nThe new layout is poorly designed and inefficient. You have the order terminals right at the entrance which were all broken day 1 and the previous menu board above that. However going over to the counter to order, you now have no board to look at so it's difficult to work out what to order while talking to the cashier. There's also now a designated uber/pickup area along the rear side.nStaffing on day 1 must have been bad because everyone was waiting 20-30+ minutes for their orders as you can see in the photo of everyone waiting around. The Frozen drinks machine was also broken. Tables left dirty and not cleared for customers.nFood was fresh though when received and tasted good.

The food was fresh and came quickly after I ordered. If you're looking for a KFC that's not crowded this is a good one. Recently renovated.

10/10 experience.nThe Kentucky Fried Cutie of a manager is super lovely and very attentive to all the customers needs. The store is clean, well maintained and a pleasure to dine in. Whether you're after a quick bite on the go, or a sit down feed, KFC Marion is sure to please your every need.
