Tonight we ordered in and watch two girls standing out the hot chip area eat chips and popcorn chicken straight out of the areas with there hands . They didn’t have a care in the world at all it was disgusting. Then only to be handed my food with one of the girls still eating her chip in her mouth …
Worst service ever staff to busy talking to each other when you do get service they stuff up the order. Maybe if staff listened to customers instead of talking to each other might not be that bad. Rang manage who must have been all of 18 and all she could say was sorry. Not how can we fix this for you. Absolutely no customer skills at all. Oh and food we did get was cold and buyers slapped together.
This store is hit and miss. One crew are super efficient, and get your order right, on time. The other crew are slow, and often get it wrong. I ordered an Original Crispy box tonight, and ended up with a zinger burger. Way too spicy for my liking. Also, the chip container was only 3/4 full. Time to find a better KFC store.
I need to speak to someone that runs this store.. I arrive to the speaker and I get asked what I want.. I say I’m just looking I won’t be a moment. Then I get screamed at to drive to the next window.. I go to the next window and I get told sorry we thought you were the customer that keeps asking for missing stuff.. these repulsive 3 girls that work there.nnIm also missing stuff and it’s the worst food I’ve had. It’s all ribs and wings, I’ve got no nuggets and the chips are still cold.nnAm I going to get screamed at again for now taking my wrong order up??nNot a single mature person in sight.
All the tables in the dining area were dirty and when we asked for staff to clean it we had to wait up to 10mins order a female began to head out to clean the table an the manager that presented later to me told her its not her job as my partner was still standing at the counter at the time an heard her say. Our order came out an had 3 items missing when asked for them the staff didn't apologise an it was like it was a difficult task for them to complete. Whilst waiting for them to complete our order I requested to speak with a manager an still we are waiting for a table to be cleaned it took the manager up to 5mins an when I asked her why it was such a hard job to be cleared she was very ignorant an stated she was on drive through I advised it was unexpected an we would have been happy to sit at any other table but they were all disgusting. Then the manager at the time an all the staff were discussing the situation with a gentleman in a red shirt an by this stage I was irritated so I explain to him an he was like there is no need to tell well yes there was as the music playing through the speakers was soo bloody loud.nnNOT HAPPY don't wanna be a Karen but if it's to hard to do a simple request then why work here....
