Food ordered..confirmed correct and same repeated at counter on pick-up. Got home and opened the bag to find totally incorrect order and lukewarm at best. No chips and half the order missing. Chicken as per pictures looks like it's been sitting in warmer for a week. In the bin now. Tried calling but answering machine on.
Not at all impressed with the chicken in my 3 piece pack. Chicken looked and tasted old and dry. Didn't even bother eating the chips, old and dry, nor the potato and gravy. The only good thing was the coleslaw. Do NOT recommend a visit. Go to Red Rooster next door.
We were just accused of coming through the drive thru twice for our order. When handed our order it didn't seem quite right so my housemate checked it then immediately advised it wasn't our order. After some back and forth of them checking system for our order we were advised the competition sometimes causes a glitch. The man then said he would make our order quickly for us. We waited at the window for them to give us our meal, then when the girl went to hand us the order it was suddenly pulled back in and the window pushed shut and some talking between staff occurred another staff member then proceeded to ask us were we sure we hadn't already collected it. Then back in she went and window closed again some more talking between staff then a man asked us the same question saying we all recall packing and handing this out already. We both reiterated we definitely have not, we wouldn't wait 15minutes at the window with a complaining/hungry child for a duplicate order. They kept accusing us of already taking it, one of the ladies then handed us the order and we never once received an apology or anything for being accused. I'm very disappointed in the behaviour of these staff and feel retraining on customer service is required for the whole store.
I bit into my burger and there was three bones in the end I called up to ask for some sort of refund and I got hung up on do not ever get food from this place the employees are rude and couldn’t care lessnI’m half way through my burger and every bite there has been a bone this is beyond a joke
Came in to order lunch for our workshop like you do every couple weeks.nTook 20 mins just to get served then when we ordered got told they cant except our order because its over 100 dollars total. What a bloody joke KFC. Your job is to serve people food and cant even do that but charge stupid money
