The service here is extremly slow. There were 3 people at the counter all trying to serve one person over a mistake they made. It took around 10-15 minutes. The service was average and the cleanliness is at unsatisfactorysince chips were on the floor. The food is not cooked to standard as chicken was oily. Leaking out the boxout the bag and into my bag. The chips tasted okaybut the could be better.

Floors sticky. pools of liquid everywhere, bin over flowing, manager wearing tradie boots, and you don’t want to see the toilets but manager didn’t seem to care as he went to the bathroom.nhad to ask them to wipe a table for me to sit down and eat but couldn’t even eat half our meal. Needed something quick but would’ve done better with a servo pie. Worst kfc we’ve ever been to and we’re from down south!
Ordered 10 wicked wings only got 8, waste my time and fuel to get back my 2 wings, not worth at all. Thanks for your great customer service.
Unfortunately, without a doubt, this is the slowest KFC, if not the slowest fast food place, I have ever been to. Today was especially bad, though, as I had to wait 20 minutes instead of the usual 10 minutes every time I come here. Staff would be laughing amongst each other when there were 10 orders waiting.nnLiterally went to a different fast food place an hour later and the order was done in two minutes.nnJudging by other reviews over the past few months, they aren't serious about fixing it either, as nothing has changed.nnFood and atmosphere are typical KFC - nothing more, nothing less.
the staff are more interested in their own conversation instead of accommodating the customer that has just walked in the door. i usually have to interrupt the staff's conversation to gauge interaction just so i can get my order.
