Just moved into the area and thought we’d hit up the KFC. I don’t know if there was a manager on duty but no one behind the counter knew what they were doing. I was handed my “order” which turned out to be 2 Pepsis in a bag. Good thing I checked first. My partner’s order was ignored. Had to go up and ask after a long wait just to be told they were making it now.nnWill stay away and recommend others do the same
Usually not too bad, though when they forgot an extra piece of chicken we ordered, we went in and asked for it, the lady at the counter proceeded to roll her eyes and give us the tiniest drumstick she could find. Not mad , just disappointed.
Took 20 minutes for them to prepare our food even though the whole place was empty. We bought chicken tender meals and then after paying got told they had no chicken tenders. They had no potato for the gravy and offered nothing to swap with it for free. Also, when we were trying to order, they argued over who would come to the counter and serve us and showed poor customer service.
went through drive thru just then for zinger box and maxi popcorn chicken.nI ordered the bacon zinger but no bacon insidenThey didn’t put the popcorn chicken in for us but an empty box.nThere’s only one piece of chicken inside of the zinger box instead of 3 as usualnvery very disappointingnalthough we got charged for all the extra
My chips were awful, not hot , no chicken salt and tasted like they had been reheated.nI took them back and explained why.nI think they just reheated them and added salt as they were awful still
