I have to share how happy I was as a customer at a recent stop by at KFC Kangaroo Flat. I ordered my food at drive through. The staff members are friendly and actually happy to serve the customers. The chicken was cooked how it should be, juicy and crispy. I was yelled at at another fast food outlet and your team displayed such a huge contrast. I have to let you know that you made my day and I’m so happy with the service and the food. Definitely will come back again at my next visit in Bendigo.

Today i walked into kfc i was served by Connor, he was vibrant and accomodating with a smile that will lighten up a room, which is normally not the case for workers in fast food. My ultimate box was fresh and hot to. It was  such a good experience. :-nWas nice to hear the staff singing and having fun while working. The sitting area in the restaurant was clean and tidy..

Fantastic service by both staff members, asking all the customers if we needed to order at the counter.nThe food was fresh, crispy and very hot.nIt was clean inside.nChocolate mousse is devine and totally worth it.nVisited multiple times, at different times afternoon and evening, all with good service and food.

Been here few times when we visit bendigo and everytime the food has been nice and fresh and hot and you could tell hasn't been sitting in a warmer for ages. KFCs in ballarat should follow your stores examples specially with cust service and wasn't massive wait times unlike here could be waiting 40min cause service so slow and staff to busy just chit chatting with each other. Keep up the good service bendigo kfc

When you go in to order and you have to do it yourself then wait over 10min for the poor overworked staff!!!! To decide to move and get your order, it’s very disappointingnThey then go slower than a snail and could not give a  whether the food is hot or not. Also to see staff not rotating stock or carrying food with things from kitchen to the front….. oh my god. I’ll eat from home from now on
