Worst KFC I've ever been to! Stood there for 10mins before being served with no one in front of us. Then they got my order wrong. Ordered a zinger box and they gave me a normal chicken burger without any sauce??? instead of a zinger burger, photo for reference. Chips were stale and cold, with no salt on them. Will NEVER go back here.
Shocking state of the store at Joondalup. Too few staff to be able to keep up the cleanliness of store. All bins full to capacity so people left tables full of leftovers and packaging. Contacted kfc with no response yet get an email asking how they did…. The toilets were just revolting. We did an online order but if we had been in store we would have walked straight back out.
Ordered via Menulog & they completely forgot my Daughter's order. When I called, I was told I could either go in & pick it up myself or get a credit. COMPLETELY defeats the purpose of having it delivered. THEIR mistake, MY consequence..Was given NOTHING in competition for their total lack of customer service. Even the manager couldn't be bothered to leave their office even when I asked to speak to them....
Very bad customer service! I came today with my client with special needs and the woman, named Lilik , who is high supervisor in a Joondalup. Not only she was loud and rude, she was pushing the idea to give me a different piece of chicken instead of what I’ve paid and ordered. It was full tray of chicken that I want, but she was “saving “ it up for upcoming clients. What a nonsense! Only after I asked for refund, she gave it , squeezed in to a small bag that didn’t close, I asked another worker to give a bigger bag. To my special needs client she gave the wrong drink and was rude and didn’t want to change to one that he ordered. She didn’t want to give me her full name for me to complain, I had to look at her T-shirt, where I read a little tag. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE worker! Shouldn’t be working in a customer service! Never going back there and telling all my FACEBOOK FRIENDS too!
Drive through order of pop corn meal- half filled with chips-nMy crunch bowl was a small handful of frozen lettuce and only sauce missing the chicken fillet-nAbsolutely poor & dnt give a damm service -nDo you know I paid for this food?nTerrible! Close this store always disappointed in the Joondalup store!!!
