The young lady that serviced us, you rock. She was in control of two stations taking orders, putting together orders and handing order to customers. It was busy for just one person, she kept it together and stay calm under pressure. She apologized for the delay in service but she should be proud of herself for handling it the way she did. Hats off to you young lady.
Twice in the last few weeks we’ve waited in the drive through waiting to be called to the window as the next car waiting for 15+mins. They ask you to wait at the crossing so the reports don’t go to their head office to show how long customers are waiting. There is one car in front of us, and 1 person in the store waiting for food. But why would they even care, with no competition in close proximity everyone will continue to put up with the terrible service
Service was really good. Food portions were a bit off, zinger piece in my burger didn't cover half the bun. Place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days and we had to use baby wipes to clean a booth before we could dine in. Spilt drink was probably there a few days. Chairs are black where people move them, probablynever been cleaned.
Thw bathrooms were really gross, the male toilet was out of order and the female had liquid all over the ground and seat and i didnt risk using it.nInformed the staff but the whole time i was eating for about 45 mins no one went in to clean it.nOtherwise Food was quick and efficient, i ordered though the app and only had to wait a few minutes after i arrived,
Is the only kfc that I have found that won't let you choose certain pieces for a majority of a bucket. Then served us all wings but 4 pieces. Wings wasn't our choice.nDidn't complain but went on our trip to find it was almost un edible dry with a weird taste to it. Luckily, my youngest had maccas because there would have been no way I'd let him eat that
