Every time I have ordered from KFC in Ingleburn the food has always been cold. Not fresh or tasty at all. The customer service is not so great either.
We ordered a few items for dinnernWe don’t like potato and gravy we ordered items seperate, we were sent potatoes we did not order to replace what was ordered.nI hand written note was placed in the bag with the food stating part of order was missing that’s poor hygiene.nGood was coldnSone items missingnThe order was $61.00 and was rubbish.nWe called tried to resolve we were given an apology and said they will send an email with credit for what we did not receive.nThis was lies as no email was sent, when we tried to call back no answer.nnIs this the quality of service and good we can now expect.nShame shame shame
Brought a zinger burger & go bucket, was ready at the collect window in not even a minute Was given peanut size popcorn chicken tough that was not fresh , immediately returned & waiten inside only to be given fresh 10 numbers of pop corn chicken. What a rip off. Good on you guys.
Ingleburn kfc is the most consistent in stuffing up orders, they’ll either forget 21 pieces of chicken or they’ll give you cans of drink without the meal, There’s no quality control, either that or their workers are blind
Made me wait 20 minutes on online simple order. Missing chips and hot and crispy was dry and cold, wings full of oil and feels like refried. Very disappointed.
