Took an hour for the driver to say it was delivered however Order was never delivered . Photo shows a different house. Contacted delivery support, “best” they could do is refund which would take 7 days. This system is clearly a rip off, you get to hold to our money without any service provided…Service: 1/5
Got a drive thru wrap meal and ordered three extra pieces of chicken via the speaker. When I got home ten minutes later I saw that they had forgotten the chicken but thankfully hadn’t charged me for it, but the wrap was so dry it was inedible. Threw the hardened wrap away but ate the contents with a fork. I can’t moan about the contents of the wrap, and the chips were very good, as usual. This is the kind of service I usually only get from KFC east Wodonga, have the same owners brought this store as well?
Great experience with really friendly staff, the food was fresh and tasty and the dining area was clean and modern, they don’t allow dine in customers yet so take away only and they only filled the chip box half full.
It will never cease to amaze me the amount of times this KFC forgets a major part of your order. To make this occasion the trigger that is making me write this review is the fact that the item they forgot this time was the first thing I ordered. I ordered through Menulog then tried to call the restaurant once I discovered the missing item. The KFCs phone just kept saying user busy. This forced me to drive to the KFC to get the missing item. They had no idea that their phone wasn’t working and nobody was on it. I essentially spent $9 on a delivery fee for nothing plus the cost of petrol to drive to the KFC. Just burning money cause a bunch of kids are obviously being trained poorly and managed even worse. There has to be a problem with their check off system for orders for this to be such a common problem. Where’s the quality control? It serves zero purpose going into the store and shredding the face off the kids who work there. I like KFC and will still get it in the future. I won’t be getting it delivered ever again and I will not shop at this store ever again. Just so poor.
OK where do I start... the last times we have been there it has been a joke. The 1st time we were told it was a 10 minute wait for chicken. We'll the car park was full of people waiting but yet the drive continued to be served. Were they ordering burgers and fries. After 25 we finally got our food. Then last night ordered our meals and got home and was missing two burgers. Rang the manager and said they could email me something. I'm sorry we can't eat a email. Drove back down and got given the wrong burgers. This time I picked up on it. I asked for a free chips but was told no. So I asked for the manager. I will say I felt sorry for the girl at the window as they no power to service the menu board. Get it right Wodonga KFC
Lol where do I start, whoever is doing the training give yourself an uppercut!! Ordered 2 meals and only got the chips on the second order.. and cheese, chilli relish and second piece of chicken missing off first meal.. Already at home after a 14 hr day CBF going backFood: 1/5
KFC big store in busy area off the freeway in the main shopping area. Not as greasy as most stores, food was tasty and well presented.good service and clean toilets.Food: 4/5
KFC Wodonga Visited on 16/3/2021 I like the interior of this store, with a touch of contemporary feel. Unfortunate,y, it does not provide free WIFI, thus present a problem for me trying to order from the App tne special menu 15-piece Wicked Wings from my Tablet, because it has no provision for data communication. I manage to order using a friend's mobile phone 3 sets of the Wicked Wings. When I go to collect my order, a sales staff hands me two boxes only, and says that she has put them in two boxes. I am not happy that without checking with me, she uses her initiative incorrectly. The order is meant 3 couples. The matter is fixed after my showing dissatisfaction. Fortunately, the chicken wings are freshly cooked, outside crispy and juicy and tender which compensated the small hiccup.
