This particular KFC is run by amateurs. They have got my order wrong a few times and the chicken is dry and overcooked. I only go to this one when the weather is horrible as they are the closest. Check out the size of the boneless in the middle, it’s half the size of the wicked wing and it was counted as one piece.
This is our local store we have given ample opportunities to over the past 15 years - we are done - always wrong order packed - food overcooked - loooooong wait for an order placed over the APP for pick up - burger with a wicked wing inside nearly broke the wife’s tooth - no care, no management or franchise owner who gives a damn as this has been going on for years Do yourself a favour and drive to any other KFC than this one, it needs to be closed by head office
This is the worst KFC I have ever been to, sadly it’s my closest store, food is consistently bad quality or missing ingredients, I can’t tell you how many times we have ordered a burger with bacon only to be told at the pick up window they are out of bacon. Today my fillet burger was so dry it was inedible. I’ve complained directly to store so many times to simply get a voucher and nothing ever changes, lift your game
Ordered KFC for dinner and received a note to say there were no nuggets or dinner rolls available, but replacements were included. Sadly, the replacements consisted of 1 regular potato and gravy. We were missing 1 chips and several dipping sauces. Chicken was almost charcol and no salt on chips. Was going to call, but really, what's the point.
Chicken was dry and bland and chips so salty I could not eat them. So disappointing.. This store really needs new management...not the first or second time it’s been rubbish.$37.50 .
I was told No potato gravy, no boneless chicken available. So instead replace with wicked wings and large potato fries apparently. Zinger box however came with only 2 wicked wings and fries has large packet but only half filled. Wicked wings looks burnt.
We visited the establishment pretty late at night. have to say the music was popping almost as much as the popcorn chicken. The manager John was a delight and the food was popping fresh. The experience was extremely popping and John you will definitely see my again. If you are deciding on going to KFC I definitely recommend going when John is working. Couldn't of been more happy with the popping experience. We got the GIANT SNACK PACK and let me say you will be full for ages. It was very yummy and was made with popping love.
Ordered a box with mixed types of chicken. Only some pieces were ready so the girl doing the serving boxed up those pieces and the box sat in the counter going cold for the best part of 10 minutes while the rest was cooked. She could have left the chicken in the heat until all the pieces were ready to go but no, she did not. This type of poor service is why I generally avoid going here. It never gets better.
Unfortunately, quality and consistency isn't something present at my local KFC, and driving further to others stores is recommended. In my latest visit, at 8pm I was told the two sliders I was after were out of stock, but as a consolation, I could buy a 15 pack of original recipe chicken, for full price...? In what world is this a considerable replacement? Then after ordering a Zinger instead, I was given this; I'm still unsure if a joke was being played by the sorry state of it.
We ordered online tonight kfc chicken . When we arrived we were informed that a kfc store had no chicken!!! Yes that’s right no chicken . So instead on 4 pieces of chicken I’ve been given 4 burnt tough bits of tenderloin . Have I gone to a KFC store ???? There were several other items out of stock as well!! If I could give u zero stars I would .
