Full of schoolkids, so really busy. Staff working hard to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Chicken was tiny just as greedy stakeholders like it. Speaking of..they know what pressures staff labour under, they just run it really close to the bone. Staff deserve better conditions, proper conditions to shine. Bit of a late one at 9pm, already packing away the chairs when close was 10pm, weird. Seemed like cleaning up and not expecting anymore customers at 9, that normal? Meal was good though.Food: 3/5
How does a KFC run out of chicken? Waited 25 minutes in drive through for more to be prepared and still had to walk inside and wait longer as no attempt made to bring it out to us in car, service was very poor but I guess that's what you get with young kids running the place, to top it off, get home and the bottom of dinner box fell out due to grease from the chicken which wasn't very palatable,at least the dogs enjoyed it, but I'm in no hurry to go back.
Food is great if and when, what you ordered is given to you correctly. This would of been the third time, we ordered at window, and get home the and was completely wrong. But yet the staff repeat the order at window you order, then when they give it to you. Looks like not a lot of attention is paid when packing. I did go back, but they looked more annoyed an frustrated they they had to fix it. When we finally got right on it was good.
The employees were packing up an hour before closure so we had to put some seats down. Food was G tho.Food: 5/5
Fast Food ?? Waited 25 mins for chicken and chips what an oxymoron. Obvoiusly better management, more staff and if required more equipment . A sit down meal at the pub is faster than this place.
I bought Zinger box large on 27th March drive tru. I paid with credit card. The guy at the window charged me 28 dollars for it. I only realised after I went home upon checking my online banking. I was not given a receipt so I cannot dispute to show proof.
One of the nicest, tastiest KFC in south eastern Melbourne.
This is the worst KFC, there is always an extra long wait... Constantly out of chicken. In addition there is a 50% chance they will get your order wrong. It's not that hard to plan your cook times guys... You need to go to other KFC stores for training.
The state of this restaurant is disgusting! There is junk everywhere, the bins are overflowing, the tables are covered in food scraps. All of this while staff members are standing around doing nothing, but playing with their mobile phones in full view of the customers, while wearing their food handling gloves and pumping Alice DJ, Better off alone so loud that I couldn’t hear my wife and kids talking at the table. I would be loosing sleep if this was my franchise.
